There is no contact form here, and no chat widget. A form would collect your details for no reason, and an email address does the same job without that.

Reporting A Wrong Figure

This is the most useful thing you can send. Examination specifications change every cycle, and a page that is right today can be wrong by the next notification.

If you include a link to the official notification, or the page number in the PDF, the correction can be made the same day. Corrections are welcome rather than unwelcome, and the date on the affected page is updated when one is applied.

Reporting A Problem With The Tool

If a file will not reach a size it should reach, or a result looks wrong, that is worth knowing about. Three details make it far easier to trace.

• The target size you chose, and what the tool actually produced.
• The original file’s size and format, for example a 3 MB HEIC from an iPhone.
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android.

Please do not attach the image itself. It is almost never needed to diagnose the problem, and this site is built specifically so that your files never reach us.

Asking For A Size We Do Not Cover

The custom box in the tool accepts any figure between 2 KB and 10,000 KB, so you are never stuck waiting for a page to exist.

That said, if a particular size keeps appearing on forms you fill, tell us which one and which portal asks for it. Pages get added based on what people actually need.

What We Cannot Help With

We have no connection to any examination body, recruitment board or portal, so we cannot check your application, recover a form, explain a rejection or contact anyone on your behalf. For those, the examination body’s own helpdesk is the only route.

What we can do is help you understand why a file was the wrong size, and make sure the figures on this site are right.
